Tremsil 400 (SSG) – Single-Component, Neutral-Cure, Silicone Sealant

Tremsil 400 (SSG) is a high-performance, single-component, medium-modulus silicone sealant designed to deliver long-lasting watertight seals in expansion joints and perimeter caulking. Packaged in a 20 oz sausage (SSG format), it cures via a neutral-cure process and is ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications.

Engineered for flexibility and weather resistance, Tremsil 400 handles ±40% joint movement, making it well-suited for dynamically moving joints in windows, doors, frames, precast concrete, and tilt-up panels. Its medium modulus allows it to absorb movement while maintaining strong adhesion and a clean finish.

The sealant adheres to most common construction substrates without a primer, reducing installation time. It is easy to apply using conventional caulking tools and offers a skin time of 10–15 minutes with a tack-free time of 30–40 minutes. Tremsil 400 meets key ASTM, CGSB, and U.S. Federal specs and is compliant in all VOC-regulated regions across North America.
