Dymonic 100 SSG (Each) – High-Performance, Single-Component Polyurethane Sealant

Dymonic® 100 (SSG) is a single-component, medium-modulus, non-sag polyurethane sealant engineered for high performance in demanding joint conditions. Formulated with advanced polymer technology, it delivers a durable, flexible seal with exceptional movement capability and long-term adhesion, even on damp or green concrete. Its ability to resist outgassing and maintain strong bonds makes it ideal for professional applications where reliability and appearance matter.

With a skin time of approximately 2–3 hours and tack-free time of 6–8 hours, Dymonic 100 minimizes dirt attraction during cure and supports a clean, uniform finish. It adheres tenaciously to common construction substrates—including concrete, aluminum, masonry, vinyl siding, and precast panels—and is also suitable for water-immersion conditions. The formula is UV-stable, low-VOC, and jet-fuel resistant, helping prevent cracking, yellowing, or degradation under harsh exposure.

Dymonic 100 meets ASTM C920, CAN/CGSB, federal specifications, and multiple fire-rated assemblies. Available in a wide range of standard colors and compatible with Tremco deck coatings, air barriers, and waterproofing systems, it can be painted after full cure to blend seamlessly into surrounding materials.
