Dymonic FC (SSG) – High-Performance, Fast-Curing, Single-Component, Hybrid Sealant

Dymonic® FC (SSG) is a single-component, low-modulus, moisture-curing hybrid sealant engineered with Tremco’s proprietary silane end-capped polymer technology. Designed for professional-grade durability, this fast-curing formula delivers a flexible, long-lasting seal with excellent performance in dynamic joints and challenging conditions.

With a skin time of approximately 60 minutes and tack-free in just 3 to 4 hours, Dymonic FC significantly reduces dirt pickup during cure time, helping to maintain a clean, professional finish. It adheres tenaciously to a wide range of construction substrates—including aluminum, precast concrete, EIFS, vinyl siding, and masonry—making it ideal for perimeter caulking, expansion and control joints, panel joints, and more.

Dymonic FC is fire-rated, approved for use with EIFS, and meets ASTM and CAN/CGSB standards. Available in a variety of colors, including white, and packaged in 20 oz sausages (SSG format), it is compatible with most paints after full cure and resists cracking caused by early movement (no green cracking).
