Pecora PCS (SSG) – One-Part, Neutral Cure, Medium Modulus Architectural Silicone Sealant

Pecora PCS (SSG) is a one-part, neutral-curing, medium-modulus silicone sealant formulated for moving joints in a variety of exterior construction applications. Packaged in a 20 oz sausage (SSG format), it is ideal for use around window and door perimeters, precast concrete panels, tilt-up panels, EIFS, and curtain walls.

PCS offers primerless adhesion to most common building materials and is engineered with 100% silicone for exceptional weatherability, UV resistance, and flexibility across a wide temperature range. It remains resilient under extreme conditions and is compatible with many substrates without requiring primer (except specific colours and substrates, as noted).

PCS meets or exceeds ASTM C920, Class 50, and other industry standards, making it a trusted choice for demanding jobsite conditions. It is particularly well suited for dynamic joint movement and provides durable, aesthetically clean finishes.
